- Where it runs
- Your own environment — your Azure subscription or on-premises. Your data stays in your network.

- Your licensed Oracle + Instant Client, the target, and read access to your redo (archivelog + supplemental logging)
- We provide
- The signed image, your license, onboarding — and, for PostgreSQL targets, a convergence report from kinetishift verify
- Paper
- A short pilot agreement + order form; production use is on the KinetiShift EULA, via the Azure Marketplace or direct.

KinetiShift pilot builds are evaluation builds issued under a written pilot agreement, not the production release; latency is seconds-class via the LogMiner interface. Pilots run on the partner's own authorized systems and data. Any reference or case study is optional and used only with the partner's written approval.
